• How long can a unit be leased for?

  Leases are based on a month-to-month agreement.

• How much will it cost?

  Adams Storage has storage units available in a variety of sizes and at various prices. Tell us what you want to store, and we'll give you a good idea as to the size you will need, along with the price.

• How do I rent a unit?

  Simply drop by one of our three locations and our friendly and helpful staff will help you complete the easy Self Storage Rental Agreement. You will need your own lock, and we require one month's payment in advance.

• How long can a unit be leased?

  You can stay as long as you like, provided your account is kept current and you continue to observe the conditions of the Rental Agreement.

• What can I store?

  Almost anything! Furniture, books, clothes, personal effects, appliances, files, office equipment, documents, excess stock, cars, trucks, boats etc. Please note that we cannot accept flammable, perishable or illegal goods.

• What is included in the price?

  Virtually everything. We include utilities such as electricity and heating (where available), security, and so forth. All you will need is a lock and packing materials.

• Do you provide insurance for my goods?

  Your possessions may already be covered by your current insurance. If not, we can assist you in obtaining coverage at a competitive cost.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit Card, Cash, Cheque, Direct Debit and Online Payments

• Can you help with the packing materials?

  Yes. In addition to locks, we can supply you with boxes, tape, bubble wrap, dust sheets, marker pens and many other packing supplies you may need.

• When can I get access to my goods?

  Whenever and as often as you like within our Opening Hours at all Adams Storage locations here in Victoria.
