Recently, Old Winery Storage (1988) Ltd. had to make the decision to close its doors. This unforeseen dilemma was brought forward after rising lease rates and operation costs had at the owners “Dave & Sue Kirby” make this difficult decision. After 23 years in the storage industry the Kirby family took an honorable choice to help its customer base and enter into negotiations with Adams Storage.
We understand the situation and realize this dilemma wasn’t wished upon by the owners Dave and Sue Kirby, any of the customers or the Adams Family at Adams Storage. Never-the-less, it has become a reality and we have made a decision to help make this transition as smooth as possible by handling the moving, paperwork and all costs associated. Our commitment to every customer and out of respect to the Kirby family we promise to make the transfer of an entire storage facility as flawless as possible
Adams Storage was chosen by the Kirby family as we just completed a massive upgrade to our new “Adams Uptown Storage”. Placing their customers into a state of the art facility with NO rent increases or expenses to their customers was the goal. Quite frankly, we understood and agreed with their requests.
Adams Storage was established in 1982 and has become Victoria’s largest storage provider. Leading Victoria’s storage industry with first class self storage facilities, loyal customer service skills, constantly upgrading technology to make our customers stay easier and recently starting a truck rental company is one portion that makes us a reliable choice.
